SHIPPING

Matia uses Fedex for all domestic and international shipments. Goods are typically shipped within forty-eight hours of order receipt and payment authorization. Please understand that delivery times provided on the Site are estimates only and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification, merchandise availability or business interruptions.  But as a matter of policy, we will not charge your credit card until goods have shipped.

RETURNS

Retail Orders

Matia will gladly accept returns from retail customers on orders over $20, subject to the following terms and conditions;

  • Returns must be initiated by emailing us at customer-service@shopmatia.com within 15 days of original receipt of delivery.
  • Merchandise must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging with a copy of the invoice.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receipt of returned merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment, net of outgoing and return shipping costs. We will send you a confirmation by email once your return is processed.

Wholesale Orders

Matia cannot accept returns of goods purchased at wholesale.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact customerservice@shopmatia.com with the full name of the person who placed the order, the order number, the quantity and item number of the items you wish to return. 

 

I don't see my refund, how do I know it was received/processed?

Refunds are processed within 15 days of receipt of returned goods. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification. If you have not been properly refunded within this time period, please email our customer service team at customer-service@shopmatia.com

 

My return was processed but I wasn't refunded for my shipping charges.

For return orders, shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item shipped was damaged or the item shipped was incorrect.

  

Can Matia process an exchange or provide store credit in lieu of a refund?

Regrettably, we are not able to process exchanges or store credits at this time due to certain limitations of our e-commerce platform.

 

I was shipped the wrong item.

We apologize if a mistake was made in processing your order. Please email our orders department at customer-service@shopmatia.com with your full name, order number, the quantity and style number of the merchandise that you received in error and the quantity and item number of the goods that you ordered. We will send a Fedex return shipping label to the email account you provided at checkout. If we have the correct item in stock, we will ship it to you immediately at no charge to you. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund in the original form of payment.
